Hunsaker & Associates prepared initial studies and improvement plans for 2,760 lineal feet of an existing, damaged Concrete Trapezoidal Channel located close to the former USMCAS El Toro golf course. The Borrego Canyon Wash was originally built during the Second World War as a trapezoidal channel. The project also included the hydraulic analysis necessary to remove the damaged channel from the 100-year, Zone A, Flood Hazard Area.
