Hunsaker & Associates was responsible for all the engineering and land surveying for this 1,771-acre residential and 18-hole championship golf course project designed in coordination with Ted Robinson. H&A prepared 25 miles of storm drain improvement plans including all associated hydrological and hydraulic calculations; developed a master plan of drainage for 2,000 acres within and/or tributary to the project; prepared rough grading plans and erosion control plans associated with 900 acres of rough grading including an 18-hole golf course; designed 12 miles of major arterial highways, 8 miles of secondary highway.
