Hunsaker & Associates provided complete civil engineering and surveying services for this 27-hole championship golf course. This project included massive earthwork removals along with the dredging of the Sand Canyon Reservoir and design of all related infrastructure improvements, access roadways, parking lot, driving range, water, and sewer. This project also required a HEC-2 study to analyze the flow of a 100-year flow through the project site and close coordination with the Department of Fish & Game, County of Orange, Irvine Ranch Water District, and the City of Irvine.
