Project of the Year Award for Excellence by California Council of Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors

Hunsaker & Associates provided complete planning, engineering and surveying development services for this 1,292 dwelling unit community. This project includes eleven individual neighborhoods, offering a variety of housing products behind a major gate-guarded entry statement. Also included in this project are a neighborhood commercial shopping center and a swim and tennis club. In addition, the project includes a Jack Nicklaus-designed 18-hole championship golf and country club, which was integrated into the community through the joint planning and design efforts of The Nicklaus Group and Hunsaker & Associates. This project also included the design and construction of major infrastructure improvements from lakes and dams.
